If you’ve ever wondered how a Rodeo stylist really spends her day — Ceci Brien is your answer. Ceci’s edits, styling pulls, and behind-the-scenes chaos are some of my personal favorites on Shop Rodeo. Every look she touches becomes instantly shoppable, instantly inspiring, and instantly very Ceci: effortlessly polished, a little West Coast undone, and totally dialed in.
Here’s a peek at a day in her life — from Venice to West Hollywood and back again — with everything from Dior moto jackets to Freya scarves linked straight on her Rodeo.
Follow Ceci’s daily styling and shop everything in real time on Shop Rodeo. Trust me — you’ll want everything she picks.

7:00 AM — Studio MDR
My commute to Pilates is a two-minute walk — dangerously convenient. It’s a cliché but I’m fully addicted and honestly, fine with it.
8:00 AM — Calm Before the Storm
My non-negotiable hour: journal, coffee, a few pages of The Universe Has Your Back by Gabby Bernstein, my hyperfixation yogurt bowl, a quick shower, The Skinny Confidential ice roller, and of course — Outfit of the Day. (Linked on Rodeo, naturally.)
9:00 AM — Clocked In
Desk time. I always start with a handwritten to-do list. Then it’s a dive into the inbox: styling requests, PR pulls, brand partnership pitches. Next, texts — confirming looks, arranging pickups, finalizing outfit details. Screen time starts early around here.
10:00 AM — Showrooms & LA Traffic <3
Headed into West Hollywood to pull pieces for two upcoming client shows. Found a Dior motorcycle jacket that made my entire week, plus a vintage Gucci varsity sweater I might not give back.
12:00 PM — Client Prep
Back to Venice, back at my desk. Styled out the pulls and prepped for a client call later today.
1:00 PM — Content Time
Freya (one of my forever favorites — I styled their Fall ’25 shoot in Santa Cruz) sent over new hats and scarves. Shot and styled some lifestyle content to post on my Rodeo this week.
2:00 PM — “Lunch” Break
A quick walk and a little sunshine. That counts as lunch, right?
2:30 PM — Back at It
Met with a brand to plan their Summer ’25 Collection 2: creative direction, shoot logistics, branding, budgets. Then a call with my earlier client to finalize accessories and shoes, plus brainstorm how to keep her closet organized so she can focus on her music.
4:00 PM — Housekeeping
Updated client timesheets, prospected new leads, pulled selects for styling edits (and a few for myself, obviously), drafted my next Substack (denim short alternatives, stay tuned!), and booked my flight home for next week.
5:30 PM — Styling to Socials
Switched gears to edit the day’s content: IG Stories, Rodeo links, styling tips on TikTok, and general chaos management across channels.
7:00 PM — Kind of Off the Clock
Sweats, tank, headphones in. Walked down the Venice bike path into Marina del Rey, called my mom, caught up on Giggly Squad, threw together a quick dinner, and started Season 2 of DCC
.
9:30 PM — Finally, Bed
Ginger tea, supplements, a TikTok scroll, a few more pages of my book until my eyes literally won’t stay open — a generous 20 minutes, if I’m lucky.
xx,
Ily !
