1. TANKS

I knew there was a reason I kept all of my Brandy Melville tanks from 2018… because they are BACK. Tanks are the piece this summer and tis the season for them! I’ve been seeing a ton of ribbed, patterned and pointelle styles popping to the top. Subtle little brand logos or embroideries also get an honorable mention. In the A.M. when you’re in line at Joni’s in MTK for breakfast or waiting for a table at Surf Lodge @ night, tanks are taking over.

FAVES: Temple Studios and Jaded London-these both are a staple in my closet!

2. ELEVATED BEACH STYLE

Taking linen sets, beach cover ups, or flowy dresses and dressing them up is so IN. You could say that this is the Hamptons signature model off duty look. After a day at Main Beach or Ditch Plains (my personal fave!!) adding a fun sandal or jelly flats-even cowboy boots-and some chunky jewels is the way to go.

COOL SHOES HACK: I always find some of my favorite shoes ever at Target for play (and work too shhh).

3. FUN JEWELS

Okay confession- I wear the same dainty jewelry each day and don’t take it off. But bright, colorful and eye-catching necklaces, bracelets and rings are a summer staple. I’ve been seeing so many fish and shell themed pieces and they make every single look. I’ve also been loving the ceramic and knotted rope (think summer camp chic) elements of jewelry that everyone is going after this year.

SOMETHING I WANT TO TRY: A fun necklace-I think this would be the perfect compliment to a simple set or dress. This one is from ALV Jewels-should I grab?

4. BIKINIS ON TOP

Making a bikini into a top is a two for one! And guilty as charged. These are the perfect compliment to some easy linen pants or boxer shorts. There have been so many fun kini sightings lately- bow details, grommets, rhinestones + lacy details. I ❤️ it all.

HAVE BEEN BUYING: Strawberry Milk Mob bikinis-bought my first one this year and I’m hooked!

5. POLKA DOTS AND STRIPES

I will need to cancel my credit card if I buy another polka dot or striped clothing piece. But they are so timeless and will never be ‘out’ of style. A set in these prints has been a favorite of mine and are so good for a walk around town or to toss on after a workout!

ADD IN: A coffee or a matcha as an accessory-my favorite spot in the Hamptons and maybe of all time is One Trick Pony in Westhampton. Let’s Ride!!
